Ideal Site Criteria:

We’re looking for high-visibility, high-traffic locations that reflect the Primos brand and serve our customers conveniently.

Ideal sites typically include:

  • End-cap, in-line, or freestanding locations
  • 1,800 – 2,500 sq. ft. preferred
  • Patio dining space (preferred but not required)
  • Strong co-tenants and anchored shopping centers
  • Easy ingress/egress and high parking availability
  • Dense residential and/or commercial surroundings
  • Drive-thru potential (where applicable)
